The Artist - Bill Williams
Bill Williams, a self-taught artist, was born in Battle Creek, MI, in 1949 and currently resides there. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Education and History from Alma College in Alma, MI, and a Masters Degree in education from Boston College. His work has appeared on the cover of the 1991 Chicago White Sox Guide and Pocket Schedule and in the Oakland A’s Magazine. Williams has won several awards in local, regional and national art competitions and his work is in the permanent collection of the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.
